Flatbed Printing

Our state of the art printers provide amazing detail and vibrant colors. Images explode off the surface delivering a bold, clear message every time. We use UV inks to print directly onto the majority of materials which allows us to achieve high definition and vibrant colors. Artwork no longer needs to be mounted after printing.
Flatbed printing’s biggest advantage is versatility; Shape, size and material are no longer factors in creating amazing prints. If the material lays flat on our print bed, we can add amazing color and designs. Using cutting edge technology we offer prints as high as 900 dpi in less time and retain high print quality. UV printing offers high durability outdoors with a 2-3 year lifespan without noticeable fade. Indoor prints last a lifetime.
There are more materials we can print on than those we can’t. We’ve printed to plastic, metal, wood, acrylic, glass, cloth, ceiling tiles and even ceramic tiles. If your client has a material we haven’t worked with and smaller than 60”x120“x4” call us, more than likely we can print on it.

Flatbed prints work great with our CNC routing system. Print directly onto the material then have our cutting system give your flat prints three dimensional appeal. We’ve routed dibond, sign foam, acrylic, PVC/Sintra, wood, MDO and some metals. Not all routable materials are listed here. If your material is not listed, please contact us.
* If you have your own material you’d like us to print or route on, please call for pricing. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information. * If you don’t see what you’re looking for please call us. We frequently add new products and materials. |

White Ink
There are many ways to use white inks to grab attention. Under-print White on a colored material like black Vinyl or red Sintra pushes graphics and text forward. It can also give opacity to color printing on clear material. Overprint white is most commonly used for flood coating behind an image in second surface applications.
